Responsibilities

What you will own.

Understand the business, client, and user need before turning it into software.
Create and improve requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
Break work into progressive, testable slices that can be reviewed and shipped with confidence.
Build responsive frontend flows, screens, forms, tables, and dashboards.
Build backend APIs, business logic, database workflows, integrations, permissions, and safeguards.
Use coding agents and AI-assisted engineering tools aggressively but responsibly, while retaining ownership of the result.
Write and run unit, API, end-to-end, regression, and manual tests as appropriate.
Document decisions, risks, limitations, and learnings so the work remains understandable.
Participate in reviews, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
Deploy changes, verify them in the target environment, and improve reliability over time.
Contribute across planning, task workflow, application access, code review, QA, business-development systems, and AI-enabled products.

Strong software fundamentals and the ability to learn across frontend, backend, data, testing, and deployment.
A problem-solving mindset grounded in real user and operational needs.
Comfort questioning assumptions, documenting uncertainty, and asking for context instead of hiding gaps.
Where available, GitHub repositories, deployed projects, portfolios, technical writing, or work completed with coding agents can help demonstrate capability; prior professional experience is not required for the training or internship path.
Interest in a long-term path with increasing ownership rather than a short-term credential.

The opportunity

Guided training for up to two months, focused on practical product engineering and delivery habits.
Training and internship combined for up to six months, with increasing responsibility on real work.
A long-term full-time role for people who demonstrate capability, judgment, quality, and ownership.

Compensation

Training: INR 12,000 per month.
Internship: INR 20,000–40,000 per month.
Full-time: INR 40,000–75,000 per month.
