Two roles, one shared operating context
Aggroso has opened two remote career paths: Full Stack Developer and Business Development Intern. Both sit close to current company-building work: delivering client systems, developing Aggroso-owned products, and improving how opportunities move from early context into dependable execution.
The roles are different, but the working expectation is shared. We value clear context, visible progress, thoughtful questions, documentation, follow-through, and ownership of the result.
Full Stack Developer
The Full Stack Developer role is an AI-native product engineering path spanning product thinking, responsive interfaces, backend workflows, data, permissions, integrations, testing, deployment, and responsible AI integration. It is structured as a training, internship, and full-time pathway.
Students, freshers, and early-career developers can apply. Experienced developers are also welcome when they are ready for broader product and delivery responsibility. The vacancy page sets out the complete work rhythm and evaluation process.
Business Development Intern
The Business Development internship supports research, structured outreach, discovery, qualification, accurate opportunity records, proposal inputs, and disciplined follow-up. It is intended for someone curious about business operating problems and how software, automation, data, or AI can address them.
The role is an internship with a full-time conversion pathway. The work combines guided learning with increasing responsibility for market research, conversations, documentation, and improvement of the business-development process itself.
What working remotely asks of us
Remote work at Aggroso depends on making work easy to follow across time and roles. Decisions, assumptions, risks, and next actions should be recorded; progress should be shared in reviewable form; and questions should be raised while they can still shape the outcome.
We also expect tools, including coding agents and AI-assisted systems where relevant, to be used with judgment. The person doing the work retains responsibility for checking, explaining, and carrying it through to a dependable result.
Apply through Careers
Each role’s Careers page includes its responsibilities, eligibility, compensation, work rhythm, and selection details. Applicants can submit through the relevant role page with a resume or profile and useful links or work samples where available.
We review each application in the context of its pathway. Evidence of learning and ownership may come from projects, work samples, technical writing, previous internships, or a clear record of relevant effort.
